- No physical goods will be shipped. Digital services are non-refundable after activation, delivery or use, in accordance with international e-commerce rules.
- One-time recharge, subscription services, discount packages, promotional offers and bonus credits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
✅ We only accept refund requests under the following legitimate circumstances:
- Duplicate deduction — accidental repeated payment, or abnormal system charge without receiving any service.
- Service permanently unavailable — the official service is permanently unavailable, suspended or terminated by us, and no alternative solution is provided.
- System failure — wrong recharge amount caused by system failure, and all purchased rights and benefits remain unused and unconsumed.
- Unilateral change — we unilaterally change core service content or stop operation, which directly affects your normal use.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
❌ We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- You personally regret the purchase, no longer need the service, or are dissatisfied for subjective reasons.
- Any virtual items, membership permissions, premium features or digital resources have been activated, used, consumed or delivered.
- Your account is banned, restricted or suspended due to violation of User Agreement, cheating, account sharing or illegal operations.
- Payments completed through unofficial channels, third-party top-up, private transactions or unknown links.
- The order is more than 30 calendar days from the transaction date.
- Operational errors by users, such as entering the wrong account ID, selecting the wrong package, or accidental subscription.
- Limited-time discount products, bundled packages, gift points, rebate balances and trial benefits.
4. Refund Application Process

- Submit request — Contact our official customer support and provide: order number, payment screenshot, payment time, account information and refund reason.
- Review — Our team will review your application within 1–3 working days.
- Refund — If approved, the refund will be returned via the original payment channel.
- Amount — Only the actual paid amount will be refunded. All bonus, discount and rebate parts will not be refunded.
5. Deduction Rules
- If part of the service has been used, we will deduct the corresponding fees based on usage duration or consumption ratio.
- For manual customization, technical services and labor services, a certain percentage of service costs will be deducted after work starts.
- All payment channel handling fees and transaction fees shall be borne by the user and deducted from the refund amount.
6. Account Restrictions

- During the refund review period, we have the right to temporarily restrict part or all paid permissions of the corresponding account.
- After the refund is completed, all virtual goods, membership rights and exclusive benefits will be permanently recovered and cancelled.
